Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy provides in-home ABA therapy across the Denver area. The RBT will work under a BCBA to deliver individualized ABA plans and collect progress data in the child’s home environment.

Applicants should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification; paid training is offered. Full-time and part-time roles are available with PTO and growth opportunities.

About The Role

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications
