Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, support parent training, and communicate with families and our clinical team. We offer paid training, PTO, and flexible full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation

About the Role

We're seeking compassionate and motivated RBTs to join our team and deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. As an RBT, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA. You'll also communicate professionally with families and our clinical team to ensure seamless care.
