Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role includes implementing individualized treatment plans, data collection, and supporting families with parent training goals.

We offer paid training, competitive pay ($24–$30/hour, DOE), PTO, and both full-time and part-time positions. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Deliver ABA therapy in a home-based setting

Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in Aurora, CO.

About The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
