Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy in Northglenn, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans and collect progress data in the clients' homes.

You will also support parent training goals, communicate professionally with families and the clinical team, and help build lifelong skills. We offer paid training, PTO, and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it; paid training provided.

• Reliable transportation to client homes.

About The Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification (HOURLY)
