Job summary

Budding Futures ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy and support clients in the Denver area. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement plans, collect progress data, and assist with parent training to empower families.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, with experience working with children and reliable transportation.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering life-changing therapy to our clients.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
