Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with families.

No certification is required for many roles initially, but active RBT or commitment to earn one is expected. We provide mentorship from a dedicated BCBA and flexible part-time/full-time options to support growth toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check.
• No strict certification required for some roles; path to RBT is offered.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
