Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Conway, AR is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with special needs through evidence-based therapies and play-based activities. You will work under a BCBA, implement treatment plans, collect data, and assist in assessments to maximize patient progress.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT credential, a high school diploma, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Must work with children birth to age 21 and families at risk.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and company documents.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Maintain regular attendance and dress according to policy.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under supervision of the BCBA and implement plans.
• Participate in ITP implementation for optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in daily data collection and updating graphs.
• Enter collected data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist with ABC data collection during observations.
• Prepare and implement materials for sessions as directed.
• Apply teaching procedures and interventions per BCBA guidance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant notes, data, and documents.
• Ensure child supervision and a safe, clean environment.
• Represent the program positively to parents and visitors.
