Blossom ABA Therapy in Ashburn, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support our BCBA team in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD.

The role focuses on collecting data, monitoring progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive care. You will provide caregiver education and ongoing support in a fast-paced, compassionate setting. Part-time afternoon hours with potential to grow into full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
