Blossom ABA Therapy in Ashburn, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work closely with BCBA clinicians to design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities include delivering interventions, collecting data, maintaining a safe, organized environment, and supporting families. This part-time afternoon role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, PTO, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA therapy experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
