Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Ashburn, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support our clients alongside BCBA clinicians.

You will implement individualized behavioral interventions, collect data, and help families navigate progress in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Requirements include 1 year ABA experience, HS diploma, and RBT certification; strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or related field (minimum 1 year).
• RBT certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
