Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Ashburn, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work with our BCBA team to implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.

You will collect data on client behavior, document progress, maintain a safe, structured environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide ongoing coaching to families and caregivers. This role offers flexible part-time hours with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA therapy or related field experience.
• RBT certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
