Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or psychology.
• Ability to engage actively with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA‑based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Work 1:1 with children in home or school settings.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
