Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

• RBT certification or 40-hour certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
