Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our Atlanta-area team. You will work alongside BCBA supervisors to implement individualized ABA treatment plans and gather data to track progress in a supportive clinic environment.

The role emphasizes collaborating with families, delivering compassionate care, and maintaining a safe, organized setting for our clients with ASD in Lawrenceville/Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ABA setting and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
