Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Ashburn, VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support BCBA-designed treatment plans for clients with autism. You will implement interventions, collect data, and help families in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts.
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.
