The Behavior Analysis Support Services, Inc. (BASS) in Ocala, FL is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes one-to-one client work across centers, homes, schools, and community settings.

Candidates will complete 40-hour RBT training, CPR training, and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days. The position offers paid training, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Collect data electronically as directed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload to databases.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations during the day.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days (if not certified).
• Complete CPR training within 30 days of hire.
