Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on improving communication, social, and daily living skills across center, home, and community settings.

This entry-level position offers paid RBT training, CPR training, 1:1 client work, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training course (paid) and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days.
• CPR training completed within 30 days (paid).
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Perform electronic data collection as programmed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload to databases.
• Maintain communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
