Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children receiving ABA therapy under supervision by a BCBA. The role focuses on developing communication, social, and daily living skills in various settings, including centers, homes, and schools.

The position includes paid RBT training, CPR training, and ongoing supervision as you progress toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation to visit client locations.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour RBT training (paid) and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
• Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Record data electronically as directed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload to databases.
• Maintain communication with BCBA on client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
