Burrell Behavioral Health’s Brightli unit in Springfield, MO seeks an ABA Implementer / RBT to support ABA programming in day treatment and individual sessions. You will prepare treatment spaces, collect data, and help with group activities under BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum preferred.
• RBT certification preferred or can be earned upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate ABA programming in day treatment and individual settings.
• Prepare treatment room and materials daily.
• Coordinate and implement group activities.
• Collect data and update graphs for each child’s programming.
• Assist in training staff in ABABA procedures.
