Job summary
Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our center-based team. The BTs work 1-1 with children under BCBA supervision, providing treatment in a supportive, fast-paced environment. A $1000 signing bonus is available for new hires with active RBT and open availability.

Qualifications
- Current/Active RBT Certification.
- Strong communication and interaction with children and parents.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
- Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
- Support BCBA with training families on implementation.
- Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs.
- Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
- Physically keep up with children during sessions (lifting up to 25+ pounds).
- Assist with any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
