Job summary

School-Based Behavior Consultation (SBBC) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support students in school-readiness centers, homes, and community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Data collection and collaboration with families are essential to ensure client progress. Join a team that values mentorship, career growth, and hands-on training, with opportunities to advance from RBT to BCBA

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to sit on the floor and assist with activities, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in school-readiness centers, homes, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
