Job summary

Bright Builders ABA in Maryland is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver evidence-based therapy to children.

Provide 1:1 ABA services in-home, school, or clinic, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress; active RBT cert and a HS diploma required; travel locally may be needed; flexible schedules and PTO offered in Temple Hills, MD.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience a plus but not required.
• Pass background check and have reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $24 - $32 hourly
• Part Time:
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Temple Hills, Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
