Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO seeks an ABA Implementer / Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA programming in individual and Day Treatment settings. The role includes data collection, room preparation, and collaboration with a BCBA.

A $500 sign-on bonus is offered for RBTs, with potential BCBA supervision opportunities at no cost. Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN positions available with paid training and certification support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autism Spectrum
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification preferred or earned on employment

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programming in individual and Day Treatment settings.
• Prep treatment room and materials daily.
• Coordinate and implement group activities.
• Assist with functional assessments under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data and update graphs.
• Train other staff in Applied Verbal Behavior methods.
• Maintain data sheets and organize materials for treatment

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor’s degree preferred

RBT certification preferred
