Job summary

Mindful Sprouts is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA, collect progress data, and maintain professional relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• 40-hour RBT certification from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance; ability to travel to appointments.
• Criminal background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy per BCBA plans.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Implement client program updates as instructed by BCBA.
• Maintain records and follow policies and procedures.
• Be professional and respectful to clients and families.
