Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring for entry-level and experienced RBTs to support our patients with compassionate care and evidence-based ABA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Experience and a passion for working with children.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for teammates and patients.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure that all interventions are applied consistently with ethical and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality with all PHI.
• Contribute as a positive team member- supporting the creation and maintenance of an inclusive clinic culture.
