Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, weekday schedule in Colorado Springs. This role offers meaningful one-on-one work, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to grow with the company as caseloads expand.

You will provide tailored behavioral support under BCBA supervision, collect data, maintain accurate session notes, and help students improve communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• Complete onboarding within 48 hours of accepting an offer.
• Ability to begin working within 14 days of accepting an offer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Dependable, patient and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one behavioral support.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior‑support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication.
