Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado Springs is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role with strong clinical support and predictable weekday hours.

You will provide one-on-one behavioral support, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help students communicate, participate, and regulate emotions while maintaining reliable attendance and professional collaboration with the supervising BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• Ability to begin within 14 days of offer and onboarding within 48 hours.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete background checks.
• Comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Support the student's communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication
