Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, on-site role in Colorado Springs. You will provide one-on-one behavioral support and work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data.

This position offers weekday hours, strong clinical support, and opportunities for growth as new clients come on board. Onboarding is fast-tracked, with rapid start and continuous mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• Complete onboarding within 48 hours so we can match you with your first client quickly.
• Ability to begin working within 14 days of accepting an offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication
