Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, on-site role in Colorado Springs/ Castle Rock area. You will deliver one-on-one behavioral support and implement plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data and maintaining detailed session documentation.

Onboarding within 48 hours and start within 14 days are required. Competitive hourly pay and consistent daytime hours are offered, with ongoing BCBA mentorship and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Ability to complete onboarding within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
• Able to begin work within 14 days of offer.
• Reliable transportation to and from Castle Rock, CO.
• Willing to complete all background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and maintain reliable attendance.
• Communicate consistently with the team about caseloads and progress.
