Achieve ABA Therapy Group in Colorado is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role in Strasburg. You will provide one-on-one behavioral support and implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

This position offers a strong clinical team, ongoing mentorship, paid time off, and growth opportunities. Start date is immediate, with onboarding within 48 hours and availability to begin within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing.
• Ability to complete onboarding within 48 hours of offer.
• Ability to begin working within 14 days of offer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Dependable, patient, professional with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and Achieve ABA team.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication.
