Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, on-site role in Colorado Springs. This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT looking for consistent weekday hours, meaningful one-on-one work, and strong clinical support.

This role offers BCBA supervision, data collection, and a focus on improving communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation while maintaining reliable attendance and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Onboard within 48 hours to be matched with first client quickly.
• Able to begin within 14 days of accepting an offer.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to complete all required background checks.
• Patient, professional and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Support the student's communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication.
