Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

Deliver direct ABA services in various settings, implement programs, collect data, and maintain professional communication with caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related coursework is helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
