Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities across multiple locations. You will follow a BCBA-designed plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to support growth and development.

We welcome both certified RBTs and those working toward certification, with mentorship from a dedicated BCBA. This is an in-person role with flexible scheduling to meet client needs and opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children, especially those needing extra patience and creativity.
• Active RBT certification is preferred or willingness to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Follow individualized plans and collaborate with families and schools.
