Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices with strong supervision and realistic caseloads. The role features a $500 sign-on bonus, direct BCBA mentorship, and flexible full-time or part-time options.

You will work 1:1 with children, track progress, and meet weekly for coaching and support. Ideal candidates hold an Active RBT Certification, reliable transportation to client homes, and a high school diploma (college is a plus).

Responsibilities
