Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

You’ll work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans, meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching, and have a clear path to become a BCBA through paid trainings and career growth opportunities. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Flexible: able to move, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
