Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices focused on strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

You will work directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have firsthand experience, with a $500 sign-on bonus to kick things off. Roles offer 1:1 client work, weekly coaching, and clear pathways to become a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus but not required).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
