Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with BCBA-owned practices and receive strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

You’ll work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans and meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and guidance. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling is available, with a $500 sign-on bonus to start.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
