Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support BCBA-owned practices with strong supervision and realistic caseloads. You’ll work directly with BCBAs who own their practices, not a large corporate structure, and you can earn a $500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children per treatment plans, progress tracking, and weekly coaching sessions with your BCBA. The role offers full- or part-time options and growth toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check clearance required.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
