Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will follow a BCBA-directed plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with families.

No RBT certification is required for many roles, but active certification is preferred. You will be mentored by a BCBA from day one, with opportunities to pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Ability to pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-directed plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and adjust as needed to support progress.
