Job summary

Active RBT certification or a path to certification is provided; we offer mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and potential reimbursement for training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or drive to earn one.
• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA's plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow; BCBA mentor provides guidance.
