Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will implement prescribed behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA mentor to help families achieve meaningful progress.

Active RBT certification is preferred, but we offer a clear path to certification for those training toward it. Roles are available full-time or part-time with flexible hours to fit client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Experience with children or in related care settings is a plus.
• Ability to follow BCBA plans and collect data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data as prescribed by a BCBA mentor.
• Maintain professional and reliable attendance to support client progress.
