Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking energetic, empathetic RBTs for in-person positions across homes, schools and daycares. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, following individualized BCBA plans and collecting data to track progress.

Mentorship from a BCBA ensures guidance from day one, with a clear path to certification and growth within the network. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with some flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Path toward BCBA mentorship is available.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience working with children in education, childcare, psychology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities.
• Implement Behavior Support plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support growth and progress for each child.
