Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Mooresville, NC is looking for compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA therapy plans as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping children and families thrive. Qualifications

• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client’s home, school, or community.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
