Job summary

The Learning Tree ABA, LLC is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Maryland to help implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with autism and related disorders. You will work directly with families to promote meaningful improvements in behavior and quality of life.

Join a supportive, growth-focused team and contribute to treatment plans alongside BCBA professionals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
