Blue Gems ABA in Warrenton, MO is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans, collect real-time data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
