Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA and document progress in clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education or related field a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families and caregivers to ensure consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions
