Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide humane, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect real-time data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers to promote skill acquisition and generalization.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS in psychology or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers to ensure generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
