Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress.

Most roles do not require initial RBT certification, and we’ll help you get there. We offer direct mentorship, a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), and reimbursement for training as you advance toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Willing to work with children in homes, schools and communities.
• Patience, dependability and ability to follow BCBA plans.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized BCBA plan, implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Collaborate with BCBA for mentoring and guidance.
