Achievements ABA Therapy in Lexington, NC is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. The role includes in-home and community-based interventions, data collection with Rethink software, and precise progress reporting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred, 2026 compliant 40 hour training certificate acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress effectively.
