Achievements ABA Therapy in Lillington, NC is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, in-home and community settings.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress effectively.
